As part of our Food Safety Plan, we work hard to complete routine verification for E. Coli, Salmonella and L. Mono.
I am beyond thrilled to share that ALL of our products have had favorable results!
Our Good Manufacturing Practice of handling raw materials as close to frozen as possible and sourcing high quality raw materials has proven to be an excellent foundation to our business.
Also, our average lab processing time is LESS THAN 3 DAYS. That is from date sent to date of result. This means that if we manufacture and ship our product sample out on a Thursday, results are available before shipments are completed to our customers.
