- Shipping Notice: 📦We want to make you aware of a nationwide carbon dioxide (CO₂) supply-chain issue that may affect the availability of dry ice used to safely ship our frozen and perishable products. CO₂ suppliers are operating under “Force Majeure” conditions, meaning circumstances outside their control may limit normal supply volumes and delivery schedules. Because dry ice is made from CO₂, these disruptions could reduce the amount available for our shipments.
At this time, orders are shipping as scheduled, with no delays related to the shortage. However, our current supply is limited, and temporary shipping delays could begin in October if additional CO₂ or dry ice is unavailable. We are contacting alternate suppliers, carefully managing our current supply by only allowing for 2-day transits or less, and will adjust shipping schedules if necessary to protect product integrity. We appreciate your patience and will share updates as soon as more information becomes available.
