    Nice complement protein source

By chenkun on March 28, 2021

Fed my cats a little bit. They don’t like it as much as chicken and rabbit. Still decent and nice meat

    Outstanding quality

By Sarah on January 2, 2021

I’ve ordered this product a couple of times; the quality is outstanding! Hare Today is my favorite source for exotic proteins like this elk. My dogs and cat absolutely love this ground meat and I love being able to give it to them.

    Great for cats

By Nichole on March 14, 2020

My cats love this ground elk. They are picky eaters and they all love when elk is being served

    Variety

By Destiny on May 13, 2018

Elk is as natural as it can get! My little dogs love exploring their wild side lol

    Another great option for variety

By Sarah on April 9, 2018

This is another protein I can't source anywhere else, so I like to add it for variety when I can. Again, these rarer proteins are pricey, so we use them in moderation, but they are always high quality and the dogs love them when they get them.

    Nori's mom

By Jennifer A on March 15, 2018

I tried this with my last order (1lb)- my 11 month old cockapoo loved it! Normally order beef but wanted to try something new for her and it was a hit- will be ordering her a 5lb bag as a special treat for her birthday next month. Thanks hare today for providing high quality and diverse choices for my raw fed dog.

    Loved elk!

By Jennifer on August 26, 2017

All 3 of our cats loved elk. This was a novel protein for them, but they dug right in! Very fresh, high quality meat. Feel very good giving this to our fur babies.

    elk

My girls love the elk! Its one of the red meats I feed that they seem to do well with

    Dog's love this!

By Joanna on May 15, 2016

I feed this elk along with some ground goat with bones to balance out their meal and they love it! The elk is one of their favorites for sure! I have a Great Pyr and German Shepherd. Both look very healthy! Bloodwork just came back on our Great Pyr and the vet said it was excellent! I attribute this to feeding raw from Hare Today!

    Great Red Meat Addition

By Joni on February 19, 2016

A great red meat addition to add variety. I started slow with this one just because it is different from what they normally get. Everything was fine, they loved it and stools were normal in appearance as well. Even if you can add Elk or something "different" into your furry-friends food once a week or every other week i highly recommend it. It would be a great protein source to break up the beef amounts.
