• Raw blend of ground duck hearts, gizzards, and livers.
• Even mixture of each organ.
• USDA inspected raw materials.

• 1 lb. chub bag, ground.
• Ground organs are finished with our 3/8” grinder plate.
• Frozen in commercial freezers maintained at 0 degrees Fahrenheit or lower.
• Remember, hearts and gizzards are considered muscle meats for feeding purposes and liver is a secreting organ.
MBO percentages are averages based on total lot production, but typically fall within a 1% variance.

I like to rotate my organs, but it's hard to find "novel" proteins around here. Thanks for making this combination of organs. My dog who can't have chicken appreciates it!

I added a pound of ground duck organs just to change things up. I added it some chucked chicken thighs and cubed rabbit. It was a big hit. Lovely fresh product.
