• 1 lb. chub bag, FINE ground.
• FINE Ground products are finished with our ¼” grinder plate, resulting in the diameter of the bone being no larger than 1/4”, but the length can vary a bit depending on how the bone is pushed through the grinder plate.
• Frozen in commercial freezers maintained at 0 degrees Fahrenheit or lower.

• Feed 1 ounce of fish for every pound of ruminant and 4 ounces for every pound of poultry, if fish oil is not already supplemented in the diet.

Whenever I try a new product, I only buy one of it in case it's not a hit with my cats.

None of my 3 cats were fans of the ground salmon. They picked at it slowly, and all of them walked away before eating about half.

That being said, the product itself is great. It smells good, and having an opened packaged in my fridge didn't give my fridge a fishy smell. Bummed my cats didn't like it! They do love the dehydrated salmon treats though!

Response from Hare Today: Fish in general is very rich in nutrients and vitamins. A small amount will go a long way. Try feeding small amounts on rotation and this can make a big impact.

I did not know how much my dog loved fish until I began feeding ground fish thanks to Hare Today. My dog gets extra excited on the days when I give her fish, or when she smells that there is fish thawing in the glass casserole dish in the refrigerator. Her excitement is evident by her dancing paws and collie barks.

I was surprised my four kittens did not like this very much. I figured they would love the whole fish.They ate it some but picked a lot over it. The next meal they left a lot. As far as cat food goes, the ground looked good, nice and fine as stated. But my kittens just did care much for it.

My cats went crazy for this! They love fish but dealing with a whole sardine is daunting at times. This made things much easier and is better than anything you could get canned.

My cats both love this ground salmon. Wonderful, big meaty chunks and nice bones for them to munch on. As a rule, I prefer to rotate their foods, but I like having ground salmon in the rotation twice, so they get a good supply of those good fish oils and omega 3s.

Perfect! Much better recieved then the ground salmon, and healthier for the jaws. My cats did a great job on the bones and even finally, the head. Even the cats who are none too keen on fish ate at least one good size chunk. The quality is fantastic, super fresh, hardly smelled fishy, was eaten so fast, and there was no lingering smell in my kitchen. Thank you!
