• This food is low in Saturated Fat and Sodium. It is also a good source of Protein, Vitamin B12, Iron, Phosphorus and Zinc, and a very good source of Selenium.
• Feeding gizzards can be beneficial in gut health as gizzards are secondary stomachs used by birds to grind their food before digestion. Because birds don't have teeth, so they must fill their gizzards with small stones to achieve the same goal.

A hit

Lovely dark meaty bits are a hit with several of the cat clan. The old guy needs them cut into small bites but no one dares to encroach on his plate and anything that gets him to eat is a winner with us.

I've gotten chicken and turkey gizzards before for her, and I tried these just for variety's sake. They are a bit bigger, but that was just fine by mine cat. I had a particularly large chunk the other day and I was really struggling to cut through it, so I gave up and gave the whole thing to my cat. It took her a while, but she eventually got through it and ate the whole thing! I was very impressed. She's 12 pounds, a good eater, and has all her teeth, but she's also not the most persistent cat I know so I thought she might give up. Nope, these were apparently tasty enough to work for!
I'll also add, she was going to need an expensive dental cleaning before I started giving her a gizzard a day. She just had her vet visit yesterday, and my vet said my 10 year old cat had the most beautiful teeth she'd seen all day. I can't believe more people don't give their cats gizzards regularly. It's so much easier than teeth brushing, and probably more effective!

These are always on my order! Mac Loves Them. They are excellent meat source and I believe beneficial for Yorkie dental health. Gizzards are tough, dense & chewy and it is my belief, strengthens the jaw muscles in Toy breeds helping to maintain stronger teeth & jaw bones.

This is a good option for duck that doesn't break the bank. Both of my dogs love these. I add them to prepped meals and also dehydrate some for treats.

I've ordered these duck gizzards twice and my dogs have definitely enjoyed them! I mostly use them to bring down the bone percentages in a few select meals; my pups will get constipated easily if I don't. These duck gizzards are great for that - nice and meaty, lots of protein but not adding a lot additional fat to the meal. I LOVE ordering from Hare Today Gone Tomorrow!! The food is phenomenal and the service is top notch!!

I ordered the Duck Gizzards although I usually go with the Turkey gizzards. These are bigger and the cats liked them . I will order them again. I like to give the cats gizzards so they can do some chewing which, is so important for dental health.

Cats love Duck Gizzard. Several timer each week I add a whole duck gizzard to my cats meal. These gizzards are huge and have a decent amount of fat on them.

So I wanted Gizzards for a couple reasons, so my dogs can have something super chewy meat wise and to lower food cost. I throw in 2-3 of these a couple times a week to off-set it as gizzards are feed as meat, but still rich. I did not want to get chicken gizzards because I want variety for my dogs, plus they love duck, its one of their favorites. I also like that gizzards are a different part of the protein. I try my best to not only do variety in protein but different parts of that protein to get different vitamins and minerals.
