New Raw feeder

I'm new to raw feeding but let me tell you why I started.
I met a wonderful lady 10 years ago when we both were blessed with litter mates from a very special breeding of English mastiffs
We've stayed in contact over the years. She was an experienced raw feeder. I fed a quality kibble, orijen actually with home cooked fresh meat topper.
My dog grew huge and both were incredibly good looking, but my boy got most of the attention because of his sheer size. Now my guy was always going to be the bigger dog, but hers grew very slowly and stayed lean all through puppy hood. Sadly I lost my boy last year at just 9 years old when he was no longer able to get up and move around. He had a severe auto immune arthritis that flared with any minor illness and just couldn't recover the last time.
His raw fed litter mate is still thriving, 10 year old, no signs of arthritis. Gorgeous shiny coat, bright eyed and loving life. In fact he may be the last of that litter.
So guess what I'm feeding my new English mastiff puppy? You guessed it, RAW! My friend put me on to Hare Today and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of products, the variety of options and the excellent customer service.
Now because I am new to this and had concerns over my ability to properly balance his diet I fed a raw dehydrated diet for the first 6 months.
I used NRG maxim pulse and added 20 percent more raw lean meat, because the formula was just 50 percent meat 50 percent veggies.
I will tell you my current boy is growing more like the first's litter mate. He is lean and muscular with not an ounce of fat on him. And although his dehydrated fare was of far better quality than any kibble since making the switch to raw from Hare Today he is much more energetic and looks even better. I rarely discuss raw with my dog park friends because it's just not accepted around here but so many commented on Max's new found vigor and shiny coat I have been more open about my choice and may have a few kibble fed dogs converting to raw soon. Only time will tell what if any effect this diet has on his longevity and long term quality of life but as of now I'm quite pleased with how it's going and his general health and growth.
As I new raw feeder I'm still very nervous about feeding whole bones, but no worries with the wide selection of grinds available from Hare Today. I think I've tried every grind available and all have been quality products that my dogs thoroughly enjoy.
Each shipment arrived well packed, still frozen and every product I've received has been of better quality than expected.
I'm quite sure my dogs are eating better than I am!

Three rescued cats from Brooklyn love the raw beef

We rescued three cats from Brooklyn NY and the rescue group suggested to us to feed them raw meat. Over 30 years we have had cats and pretty much relied on supermarket canned food. However, the pressure to at least try was great and these kitten are now over a year old and their FAVORITE food,by far, is the beef from Hare Today. I even tried supermarket beef and no, no, no, they only want the Hare Today beef.. so there you have it.. A skeptical now satisfied customer.

What a change

We made the switch to Hare-today raw food for our almost 5 year old cat. He took to the switch from dry kibble to raw very well.
Ever since we got him he never was very active. He kept his distance from everyone in the house except me from time to time. He would sleep all the time and wouldn't play with his toys at all. I thought we just had a grumpy and lazy cat. He is a short hair domestic cat that weighs just over 10lbs. so he had a belly on him that hung a little low. His poop would make the whole house smell horrible.
Since making the switch to Hare-today raw food he is so playful now. He is a loving cat and his fur is so shiny and smooth. He is a much happier cat now and he even meows now. He never used to.
He loves to play with his toys now and is acting like a kitten with wanting to play all the time. He still weighs just over 10lbs but his belly doesn't hang like it used to and he seems to be more muscle now. His poop doesn't smell anymore either.
The change in our fur baby has been a complete 180 and we all are loving it.

All my cats are young and they only ate kibble for maybe 8 months but they have been on raw food since April and they are even more soft, shiny and energetic than a normal young cat.
They love they're food for the most part (just very picky with their proteins) and everyone is a lovely weight and are now maintaining that healthy weight.
I'm excited to see them grow on this diet and hopefully prove how healthy it is for them!

HTGT is by far my favorite when choosing what is best for my furfamily. Customer service is great, the ease of the website makes ordering a breeze, the products I have gotten have been gobbled up each and every time, my furkids run to their bowls knowing there is something amazing coming.
I would upload a video to show you if I could of my babies running to their kennels and sitting at full attention waiting with tails wagging for their Hare Today Gone Tomorrow feasts!

Hello,
We currently have a 4 year old female, 1.5 year old male and 9 week puppy. They have been eating raw for the last few months. It is exciting to see them get excited about dinner time. They overall seem happier and healthier! I am glad I came across this website in one of my raw feeding groups on Facebook. I have been looking to add more variety to their diets!

In 2007 there was a mass petfood recall. It killed many pets. At that time I did feed some raw but also commercial foods....the very commercial foods that were recalled.
My dog Mocha became very ill at that time. Although she recovered (mostly) she still had some issues but non at that point could be proven it was from the commercial food. I have since switched her to homemade cooked and raw foods.
Mocha will be 11 yrs old in Nov 2016. :) Thank you Hare Today for being one of the best suppliers of awesome pet foods!! I truly believe my Mocha is here today because you made it possible to feed her right.
Although today I do make most of my own foods and search constantly for raw food deals locally you (Hare Today) are my number one recommended place to shop for my pets foods! THANK YOU!!
No more allergies

Both of my Welsh terriers have had a variety of problems that the vet said were allergies. Crusty stuff in ears and sores between the toes. My female had an intermittent problem with itching and swelling around the anus.
This was costing a lot in vet bills and medication. I decided to try the more natural approach provided by Hare Today.
I am happy to say my dogs have been fed meat exclusively for the past 2 years. No more allergies, only routine once a year vet visits. The product comes very well packed and arrives on the expected day. Love it !!!
Raw is it for Ziggy

After many years of switching around different dog food, attempts to provide raw food on my own - nothing worked and Ziggy was still throwing up from lack of nutrition that only bones, organs and raw meat can provide.
Someone recommended me to try Hare Today, Gone Tomorrow - skeptical, I tried it and Ziggy's health improved dramatically.
While the price is over my budget, it's worth it as it will keep him away from vets! I highly recommend.
Oh! And that tumor spray really works! Surprisingly fast too and it helped make Ziggy able to bite off the lumps on his foot.
