    Turkey Treats

By Victor on May 18, 2023

I'm using these treats for my puppy training, and my cat loves these tasty treats.

    Absolutely would recommend!

By Vicki on November 7, 2021

I've got 5 cats, ages 1 to 18 years old, and all of them LOVE these dehydrated turkey thigh strips. My youngest is having some tummy problems as of late and is sometimes a very picky eater. As another reviewer mentioned, I just sprinkle some of these turkey strips on his food and he forgets about how picky he's become. Thank God I have something he doesn't turn his nose up at!!

    So glad I tried them..

By Carol on August 18, 2021

These and the chicken strips are so helpful in encouraging our cats to eat some of the meats that aren’t their favorites. I shave some pieces on top of their food and it encourages them to eat and makes my job so much easier.
I ordered the dehydrated beef lung for variety and hopefully they will be as willing to eat that as they are the dehydrated turkey and chicken.
Thank you for your fine products..

Maybe good for some cats but not others

By Sam on February 3, 2021

I have three cats that I gave them to and they all had different reactions. My kitten loved them! He pretty much inhaled them right away. One of my adult cats who will normally eat anything didn't seem to want much to do with it. My other adult cat whom has a bit of a sensitive stomach as well as allergies (fish) reacted really poorly. I gave it to him in small pieces on three separate occasions (to make sure I knew the cause of his sickness) and he puked everything he ate for 16-24 hours after, including some bile alone. He doesn't have a turkey allergy so I was surprised by this, so it might just be that his stomach was a bit too sensitive for them. I bought the chicken version as well and haven't seen any issues, although I'll probably just give those to the kitten as well just in case.

    Wonderful treats!

By Jessica on January 31, 2019

These are the best treats!! I work with cats professionally so I've come across a lot of different treats over the years. Most dehydrated treats break apart into dust but not these. There are large strips exactly as the photo shows as well as some broken down pieces in the bag (which is resealable!). They break apart easily and stay solid. They are crunchy and chewy and even have a bit of grease when you break them apart. Until I get some treat dispencing mice I am using the lids of jars. I break a few small pieces for each lid and then hide the lids around the apartment in cat beds, on top of furniture and cat trees, in shoeboxes, etc. Jericho had a lot of fun hunting for them!

Golden retriever goes bonkers for these

By Sawyer on April 22, 2018

Sawyer absolutely loves these treats, and I love to hear him munch them - they sound like potato chips. He licks his mouth and paws after finishing one off. It's so adorable. Whenever I go hiking with Sawyer, I take a bag, and his recall is 100%. I feel so good giving him these treats as I believe they are great quality. I store them in the freezer and they last for a long, long time. Great stuff. Thank you HTGT.

    My cats said, "Yummy"

By Lisa on September 21, 2017

Both my cats loved the freeze dried turkey thigh strips. For the most part they are very easy to break up into smaller bite size pieces. I didn't refrigerate my strips and even six weeks later in the cabinet, what little I had left, the cats inhaled their tasty treats. Yum, thank you Tracy. :)

    One paw up (so far)

By Akiko on March 15, 2017

One cat took immediately, the other one is not. It is big chunk and maybe a little bit hard for cats who are not used to chewing, but easy to break in small pieces. I am sure the other one will eventually eat it. Glad to find fresh single ingredients treat for my kitties!

    Dogs love this

By Maureen on March 10, 2017

I ordered this with my last order. Sadly, none of my cats would eat it. I brought them to my brothers who have dogs and the dogs loved them.Still working on convincing my brothers to feed their dogs a raw diet

    Great for Cats too!

By Brigitta on April 2, 2016

My cat has loved to gnaw on things ever since kittenhood, so I thought I'd try something like this for him. But when I looked at the jerky treats in my local pet store, I found that they were almost always full of crap like rice, sweet potato, garlic, and random chemicals to preserve them. These, however are JUST turkey! And my cat LOVES them! I think if he had to choose, he might chose them over catnip. And food. And chin rubs. And I get to feel good about him eating them.

    These are AMAZING

By Janine on March 20, 2016

Now that I have introduced these Turkey Thigh treats to my dogs, I believe they would do ANYTHING to get one. We keep them in the freezer (ours is the bottom drawer of the fridge) and we have been joking that we wouldn't be surprised if one of our goofy dogs learned how to open the freezer to gain access to these. While we joke about that, we are kind of serious all at the same time.

    She likes these too

By Maria on January 13, 2016

These are great for variety. A lot of allergy dogs are sensitive to chicken, so this is a nice alternative treat. She likes these in addition to everything else we have bought for her from Hare Today!

My dogs love the dehydrated turkey strips and they are really big, especially compared to the cheap ones made in China. Thanks for offering us an alternative to these foreign made strips that are probably not safe to feed our dogs.
