What is this product used for?
Turmeric’s primary active constituents are called curcuminoids which are made up to 2,000% more bio-available when combined with Ginger or Black Pepper (we didn’t think many dogs or cats would like Black Pepper so we used Ginger).

This blend has been shown to support liver health, increase fat metabolism (thus helping with weight management, gallbladder buildup, and fatty lipomas), decrease inflammation (via Cox2 pathways), thin blood (this assisting with clots but also making it unsafe for use prior to surgery) and potentially moderate insulin and glucose levels (making it beneficial for diabetic conditions).

Cautions: Use ½ dose or less during pregnancy. If animals’ condition worsens or does not improve, discontinue use and consult your veterinarian.

Contraindications: Do not use with anti-coagulants or 2 weeks prior to surgery.

Dosage and Use
Sprinkle over food or steep as a tea

*Up to 20lbs – ½ tsp per day
*21-40 lbs. – 1 tsp per day
*41-80 lbs. – 2 tsp per day
*Over 81 lbs. – 4 tsp per day

For first time use, gradually increase into your pet's diet. Start with 1/4th the recommended daily amount and increase over the course of 3 days.

Storage: Storage: Do not expose to any plastic containers. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not freeze.
