High quality, although as it turned out my overly domesticated dog doesn't like to have big pieces of anything so now I just have to stick to ground unfortunately, as it does nothing to clean her teeth.

This is very fresh, good quality chicken.
When I first transitioned my cat from commercial wet food to raw food back in February, I bought organic chicken thighs from a local grocery store that I cut up by hand for him. The chicken thighs from Hare Today look and feel very different from the grocery store chicken. The texture is more dense, and the fat in the thighs is yellow instead of white. Most importantly, my cat likes the chicken from Hare Today much more, probably because it's fresh and comes from a healthier animal.

Getting the chicken thighs from Hare Today is only slightly more expensive for me if I can place larger orders to keep shipping costs down, so for me it's worth paying a little more for better quality chicken. Also, my cat cleans his bowl when it's Hare Today chicken, so I'm not throwing away leftovers and that helps to offset the price difference also.

    Fresher than local supermarkets

All 5 cats love Hare Today raw meats. Even though I can get chicken and turkey at local supermarkets, I find Hare Today's is fresher. We get all our raw meats from Hare Today for over 2 years now and have never been dissatisfied.

Our cats faves are duck, quail, rabbit, turkey and chicken. We feed both boneless and with bone. All cats are happy and healthy with soft, shiny fur and clean teeth. No more fussy eaters.

I have two cats. One is always faster to adjust new food, the other one is more conservative. I made mix of ground and this chunk, and both kitties are happily eating. Today I had sample pack of EZ complete so decided to just mix with small cut of Chicken Thigh. Surprise surprise ... the one usually take time to eat anything new munch munch ... cleaned TWO bowls!! Definitely on our next order again :-)

Like everything else available from Hare Today these chicken thigh cubes are A+. I like to add them to ground Rabbit as rabbit is very low fat. Recently I have taken up grinding my own chicken . I alternate between adding Gizzard or these chunks of thigh. It saves me having to cube meat myself and I like prepping as quickly as I can. chunks of thigh . I think it is important to add chunked meat to ground food.

My cat has a little bit of build up on his teeth so I decided to transition him from his ground only diet to one that includes bone-in pieces that he has to chew (nature's tooth brush!). He wasn't sure what to do with a bone-in piece quite yet, so I decided to try these. He chewed away on these immediately. He loves the thighs and all I have to do is portion and then serve! Plus it is getting him used to having to chew his food.

All 3 of my cats love the boneless chicken thigh cubes! I cut when still partially frozen (makes it easier), into randomly shaped pieces for them. I mix the pieces in with which ever protein they're having that day, and the cats enjoy chewing their chicken pieces. Very happy cats!

...says both my cats. I coarse grind the thigh cubes and add it to my rabbit and chicken with bone and organ to reduce the bone content. I also cut up the thigh cubes in strips for treats or I add it to their raw. Cats really enjoy it. It's easier to cut the meat when it's partially frozen.

I purchased 4, 2# packs of these as part of a 3 month batch of food for my cat. Since it was my first batch I was trying to make things as painless as possible so I ordered the cubed instead of buying them from the supermarket so I could to save some time and effort cutting them up myself. Only 1 of the 4 packs I received were actually cut in any way. More like in thick strips which was fine but the remaining 3 bags were all whole boneless thighs (Even bigger than if I would have gotten them at the supermarket). I don't know if it just slipped through into packaging/mislabeled or if it's always how they come but if you're ordering it for the cubed reason you may want to double check with them that they are indeed cut. Quality itself was outstanding so the product was fabulous, just kind of disappointed that 3 out of the 4 bags I ordered were uncut when the main reason I ordered was for the cubes.

My 9 year old cat LOVES this mixed in with his ground rabbit meat! In the past I would buy chicken from the grocery store to mix in his rabbit meat (to save money). But it took too much effort to cube all the chicken!

I'm not really too into giving chicken to my pooches, esp since there are so many great proteins out there. Its a 1X a week thing, sometimes 1X every 2 weeks. So it is nice that Hare-Today has a good quality chicken I can add in for variety. Plus it also keeps the dogs food bill lower, esp when you have a multi-dog home.

Usually what we do with these is defrosting one cube at a time, cutting off a bit of excess of fat, dividing the meat between sections of the ice cube tray, then freezing them, and in the end we have a perfect even portions of a great snack for our cats. They love chicken thighs, it's so good for cat's teeth to chew on it. Very well packed.
